today had hockey!! was supposed to by physical but kinda slack-ish.. did 2.4k but i ran with elizabeth, so my timing was around 14:56 or something.. the standard for us supposed to be under 14.. well.. nvm.. then we did 200m sprints, only 3 times.. then was indoor gym.. siti insisted we had to do 6weights on the leg muscles machine, but its way over for me. like 3times my own body weight.. not possible at all.. i used my WHOLE body weight to lift the damn thing.. anw i dropped it to 4 by my own standard.. besides, if u want to train for using-muscle and not bodybuild-muscle it shld be lighter weight with more reps.. if its the other way, more weight less reps is good. so yeah. anw.. after that we played slack match, didnt bother going all out.. and the stupid sch stick so short, felt uneasy.. but best part is can anyhow throw.. wahaha.. my own darling i wouldnt even think of dropping it.. wanted to go life bookshop with jacinda but i cancelled for the match instead..
